Welcome to the world, little one! When your baby hits 4 months old, they start to interact more and more with you, themselves and the world.

By now they should start playing with their hands and putting them in their mouths. If they haven't yet, this milestone will come soon enough, followed by the exploration of their feet between 4 and 8 months of age.

Massaging, stroking, uncurling fingers... these are all very good ways to interact with your little one, while encouraging them to explore their extremities.

To encourage your little one's hand and feet exploration and play time, I recommend singing songs involving hands, fingers, feet, and toes; such as "Finger family", "10 little fingers and toes", and "This little piggy".

Other ways to support your baby is by making their hands and feet interesting. Amazon sells bracelets and socks that are black and white, with colorful decorations, and bells that catches baby's attention. This is my favorite one, but there are others as well.

Check out this one too.

Finally, another great idea is to have them interact with a baby play gym. These are designed for babies to explore different things with their hands and feet, encouraging them to adopt different positions: on their back, on their tummy, laying on their sides etc.

My personal favorite is the Lovevery one. It worked wonderful with both of my kids and I recommend it to every new mom. Click here to get it!

Of course, there are others that are a little more affordable. I looked for others with good reviews and that I would buy if I needed one and the Lovevery wasn't available.

That's all for right now. I hope you like these recommendations. Leave a comment with your own recommendations of activities and products you like to use with your baby.

Thank you for reading and God Bless.
